What can Pilates do for you?

Pilates is a great activity for increasing mobility and strength as well as improving general well-being. We practise balance and breathing exercises, with a view to improving core stability and posture.

When combined, all these elements help promote healthy joints, improve back discomfort and give you the confidence to move freely and easily.

When do we meet?

Beginners/improvers classes are held at the Hall every Wednesday from 3:30pm to 4.30pm.  They are booked in blocks of 6 (£9 per hour session).

We are happy to offer a free trial class to get you started.
