Ludham Village Hall (a registered Charity) is run by a Trustee management committee, with the Parish Council being the custodian trustee. Major User Groups are represented on the committee.

Trustees have continued to implement a programme of improvements.  The Hall now has professional-level stage lighting, a refurbished kitchen, new roof and upgraded toilets.
