What’s It All About?
Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, which has a fixed safety T-bar handle. It gives you a great cardio workout by targeting all the key areas of your body to improve aerobic fitness.
Boogie Bounce is a powerful programme that helps tone bums, tums and thighs, whilst minimising stressful impacts on your joints. With lots of motivating music to boogie to while you bounce, it's a great way to work on your total body fitness.
Is it for me?
If you’re looking for a fun class, Boogie Bounce is perfect. It livens up a standard exercise routine and you can enjoy a party atmosphere - all while burning those pesky calories, toning your shape and improving your cardio. As well as a lot of fun, it’s a great stress buster, too!
What do we offer?
In addition to Full-Workout sessions we offer Gold classes, too. These are calmer, slower-paced workouts which are designed specifically for people wanting to get back into fitness.
We also provide Boogie Bounce Kidz sessions for ages 5 to 13. These are fun workouts that help youngsters with co-ordination, concentration and fitness. Please contact us for further information.
Finally, we can arrange Boogie Bounce Kidz Parties, which are tailored to your requirements.
When do we meet?
Classes are held at the Hall every Monday:
- Gold Boogie takes place at 10.00am (£5 pp)
- Kidz Boogie starts at 4.30pm (£5 per child / additional siblings £3)
- Full-Workout Boogie commences at 6.00pm (£6 pp)
